Configuring feedback rules

Custom rules for what gets processed in Sauce.

You can now configure specific rules for what data gets processed in Sauce. If an item of feedback meets any rules, it will not be analysed by Sauce's AI.

We're currently working on bringing through custom columns for you to create rules from this data as well.

  • Go to settings

  • Go to the "Feedback rules" tab

  • Click "Create new rule"

  • Add in the relevant text that is found in the tickets which you want Sauce to stop processing

  • Click save
