What is Sauce AI?

Sauce automates the centralisation of feedback across all departments — in real time. Sauce takes all of this feedback and makes it accessible for everyone in your organisation.

Customer feedback platforms can be complex and confusing for new users. Sauce has been designed to be simple to use and easy to read. There's a variety of ways to explore feedback, save, and monitor feedback. For example; you can search and view results as either feedback, clustered into trends, or a combination of both. We always recommend new users to start by creating your first view.

How feedback is structured in Sauce

  • Highlights are the most granular level of feedback in Sauce AI.

  • Trends are groups of similar or related highlights, automatically clustered by Sauce AI.

  • Saved views bring together feedback according to specific filters and criteria set by you.

  • Clusters allow you to save any highlights into one view with the ability to train what it automatically adds

  • Spaces let you group Views and Clusters into the one area, tailored for you or your team’s needs.
