Before we begin

It's useful to first understand all the sources of customer feedback that have already been connected. This will help you understand where feedback has come from and what you can search for. You can do this by opening the Sources panel located at the base of the sidebar on the left of the window.

  2. Add feedback

  3. Search and save views

  4. Filters

  13. Pinned spaces

  1. Search all feedback with on-the-fly trend generation. Save any search.

  2. A top down view of all feedback clustered into trends.

  3. View feedback as highlights or view as original feedback.

  4. View all customers generated from feedback, CSV uploads, or an integration.

  5. View all reporters generated from feedback, CSV uploads, or an integration.

  6. A month on month view of feedback and trends.

You can switch from light mode to dark mode by going to Settings -> Preferences -> Enable dark mode.

Create your first view

Views bring together feedback based on specific filters and criteria. You can narrow down a view by highlight type, feedback source, customer and more. For example, you could create a view of only features requests that mention "Pricing" or a view of all feedback that came from "Slack: #product-ideas". Creating a view is simple and won't impact anyone else's experience.

To create your first view:

  1. Go to Explore and search using keywords

  2. Add keywords and filters to customise your view of feedback.

  3. Click Save this view at the top of the page

  4. Choose the space where you want to save the view

You can also build your own clusters and train them to automatically find similar feedback.
