It's useful to first understand all the sources of customer feedback that have already been connected. This will help you understand where feedback has come from and what you can search for. You can do this by opening the Sources panel
located at the base of the sidebar on the left of the window.
Views bring together feedback based on specific filters and criteria. You can narrow down a view by highlight type, feedback source, customer and more. For example, you could create a view of only features requests that mention "Pricing" or a view of all feedback that came from "Slack: #product-ideas". Creating a view is simple and won't impact anyone else's experience.
To create your first view:
Go to Explore
and search using keywords
Add keywords and filters to customise your view of feedback.
Click Save this view
at the top of the page
Choose the space where you want to save the view
You can also build your own clusters and train them to automatically find similar feedback. Learn more about training clusters.
