Zapier integration

Zapier can be used to connect all of your feedback apps into Sauce. If you have any issues, hit us up on [e-mail]. User our Zapier invite here.

Step 1: Add Sauce to Zapier

Add Sauce to Zapier: Click here

Step 2: Login with Zapier

Step 3: Accept Invite from Sauce

Step 4: Select the appropriate Trigger from the source that you want to feed into Sauce.

Examples include: Intercom, SurveyMonkey, Zendesk, Typeform etc.

Step 5: Select the latest Sauce app and the “Create Feedback” event as an Action.

Step 6: Add in the API Key and Secret Key found in the Sauce settings page to Zapier.

This is what it looks like in Sauce settings.

Paste the API Key & Secret key into Zapier’s Username & Password fields, respectively.

Step 7: Test the Zap and publish! 🎉
